GUI (Graphics User Interface) files are GFF files and can be edited with K-GFF. They contain controls and textures of user interface used by the game. GUI of Jade Empire is hardcoded, there's no way to make new GUI. Modding of GUI is limited to:
- Repositioning of the controls
- Resizing of the controls
- Changing the captions
- Editing the texture of the controls
